Ingredients:
• 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 6 grated tomatoes
• 5 water glass water
• 3 tablespoons milk
• salt
• TAHSİLDAROĞLU Grated Fresh Kashkaval
Directions: • Roast the vegetable and flour for a while. • Add the tomato paste and the grated tomatoes. If it gets lumpy you can use blender. • Add water. Stir until it thickens. • Add milk and salt, and let it boil until bubbling. • Sprinkle over TAHSİLDAROĞLU Grated Fresh Kashkaval. |
